Overview

Practitioners constantly encounter issues, making structured problem-solving essential for saving precious time and achieving effectiveness.

The six-step approach outlined in this course provides a robust framework that guides practitioners from issue identification to comprehensive resolution and streamlines the researching and resolving issue process. Participants will gain a deep understanding of how to define issues, determine their underlying causes, gather pertinent information, evaluate alternative solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Furthermore, they will develop the skills necessary to meet documentation requirements that demonstrate the use of professional judgement and professional skepticism.

The course combines theory with practical exercises and real-life case studies to instill a grasp of the problem-solving process. By the end of this session, participants will be empowered with the knowledge and tools required to tackle issues head-on, bolstering their expertise and building trust with their clients.
